I'm thinking of getting the Yamaha brand heated grips, but I'm open to suggestions if you feel there are better grips out there. Thanks

You'll get various replys but I think they're crap.
Get warm, certainly not hot and were dealer fitted and set.
Honda grips I have had on previous bikes get really hot so you wouldn't have them on max for long.
In winter I have the yam ones on max all the time and hardly notice them.
And they are definitely on the correct setting.

I just ordered a set of Oxfords for the MT and my 03 FJR.... took me 16 years to get a set.... not sure why. They are arriving this week and will be installed this weekend most likely. I’ll update the group.

I had my dealership install the OEM heated grips before I picked it up and they're insanely hot but uncomfortably hard and almost slippery in a powdery plastic way if that makes sense. They aren't bad with a good set of gloves.

I'm picking up my new MT 10 next weekend and this is mandatory 1st mod to do. Nobody has really answered and recommended any specific brand. What works?
