Purchased a used (647 miles) 2017 today and will pick up next weekend.
Bike has a Full Graves Ti system installed.
Seller SAYS that it has been ECU Flash tuned to optimise the performance of the exhaust.
HOW would I be able to CONFIRM this without putting the bike on a dyno?
Thank you for the help.

Ask him who did the flash, then call that company up and give them his name, they should be able to confirm his order.

I spoke with previous owner and TWOWHEELDYNO did the reflash. Spoke to TWD and they will not confirm the work due to protecting customer identity etc . I UNDERSTAND that but bike is now MINE and I'd just like to have the info. Will ask previous owner for help. . Noticed popping on deceleration after a spirited run got cut short. Is that an indicator of block off plates being done--OR--does that mean they NEED TO BE DONE?? I'd hate to have to disassemble to determine if it has / has not been done. Thank you

You can look at the top of the valve cover from the right side of the bike between the frame and the turn signal, if you see two rubber hoses (about 3/4" diameter) sitting on top of the valve cover, then the AIS system is still on the bike. If the AIS system was gone, then you could easily see the bottom of the airbox. Not the best pic, but if you see that white button-looking thing, that is the bottom of the airbox, there is also a darker gray tube coming out of the airbox to the left, so this bike has the block off plates installed: If the AIS system was there, all you would see are large rubber tubes between the airbox and valve cover. The first owner could have got the flash, and left the system on, you need to ask him about all the details.
