Just messing around, working on a more stock version with the rubber isolator too. 1/4" 7075, three 3mm flat sockets hold the two pieces together: Waiting on some THICK carbon fiber to get here, Hmm...wonder what I'll make next?

Take 2 on this mount...so for this one, I sorta prettied it up and wanted to try to use some heat proof fiber washers on each side of the exhaust tab for vibration insulation. I have the washer material somewhere in my stash, just haven't found it yet-in some little box in my storage space. Still going to fab a more stock style of mount too, just waiting on a chunk of aluminum to get here, this is what the stock one looks like all apart:
And of course my thick carbon is delayed (by a train wreck of all things!) so that little project will also have to wait

Ok, finished with this project, my goals were to make a mount that would match the machined portion of the frame, exceed the strength of the original, and look...different, while still keeping the rubber isolator. Looks great! Are you machining these manually or with CNC? Sorry if I missed that if you mentioned it.

Harbor Freight mini mill, definitely not CNC, lol Have had this for at least 12 years, made many things with it. Did a slight clean up to the mount, removed just a bit of material from the top right and right edges to "center" the bushing more:
