Hi , how good or bad is stock tires for trackday in ex fast to medium group ?

The stock tires are a good track tire, probably about as good as you'll get out of a standard DOT tire. I run fast group now and use slicks but prior, I would use the Bridgestone S2x tires all of the time and I was very pleased with them.
I would crank the tire pressure all the way down though. For my track bike (not the FZ10), I think I was running variations of 31 Front/30 rear HOT temperatures out in a desert climate track day (hot track temps). The side walls on the bridgestones are very firm so you can get away with pretty low pressures for max grip.
Play with the tire pressures and give them ample time to heat up (1 1/2-2 laps) and you'll do fine.
