I cannot see spending $300+ on a seat (at least, not unless it massages, heats and cools my bum). Sorry, but that price $200-$400 just seems absurd.
Is there a more comfortable seat (than the original) out there, for less than $150?

Every now and then a decently priced comfort seat seems to be posted here. That's what i did. Waited for a good used one.

Seat concepts has one for $189. Probably the best you will find. You have to swap it to the seat pan yourself but that’s easy.

On my other bike I have an airhawk inflatable cushion.
Not tried it on the MT10 as I have a comfort seat but it works well on my kawasaki.

I went with the Seat Concepts kit that uses stock seat pan. For me, This is preferable to seat pads since the height difference is big and it really changes the ergos too much. Keeping the original seat was NOT an option.... if you cannot sit comfortably on your bike how can you ride??
