I'm headed from DC to Bar Harbor ME by way of upstate NY/VT/NH. Anybody have recs on good roads or routes in the Northeast? Still on the road? Catskills area in New York has great roads; Kangamangus highway (112) in NH is nice, routes 16 and 17 around Rangeley, ME are nice. If you're still in Maine this weekend, let me know, maybe we can go for a ride 😁

I took 302 to to Redstone and I'm going to double back up to rt 2 to cross into Maine and get as close to bar harbor as possible tomorrow. Once I get to the coast I'm going to ride south from there. If you're on the way it'd be fun to ride for a bit. Tons of bikers in NH but they're all on Harley's. I'll try to hit 112 on my way back if I can swing it. It looks like a lot of fun on the map.

I may scrap rt2 and use 16 to cross over. I'm sure the views near the lakes are great.
