Hi everyone, I bought a 2017 MT-10 SP a couple of months ago. I was very happy with the motorcycle but I felt immediately that the original springs were too stiff for my weight. Adjusting the preload was not enough because the rear was already as soft as it could be. I decided to respring it for my weight, 65 kg/ 143 lbs. The dealership changed the front springs to Fr.fork 25.5/260/8.5 and the rear to 51/150/75. The springs were sourced from Öhlins. It feels really stable in the corners now, I get a lot of feedback from the road and ride with a lot more confidence than before. I don't bounce all over the place anymore. The front doesn't lift more than usual under hard acceleration with the softer springs. I am using suspension mode A2. The A1 mode makes the rear squat a lot and front lift during hard acceleration, making it almost impossible to steer so I am avoiding that one. Highly recommended to respring if you are lightweight. Mandatory picture of bike.

The dealership charged me 5629 SEK so around 534 Euro including spring and labor. The rear squat problem I had was fixed by increasing the preload at the rear. Super happy with it!
