I tried to get it all on the subject line. So I installed a 3/4 Yoshiumura Alpha T. Went step by step and came out succesfful (thanks youtube and Fz10.or) The only problem is that I had a CEL when I started it up. Before you ask, I did disconnect the Servo cables and i left the server connected electrically. Unfortunately, I took all the screws out of the servo, and I may have moved some parts, so I suspect this may be the cause. So before I bothered all you you Yamaha gurus with my nonsense, I waited to get the ECU flashed. I brought the ECU to my local bike shop and filled out their questionnair. They used ECunleashed to flash my ECU and the map was apparently prepared in italy at their headquarters. I know you are goingt to say that I should have used 2wdw, but I like using local so that I can keep those guys in business. When I got the bike home, I plugged in the ECU and I still have a CEL.
The shop I am using is going to 100% support this bike and fix this CEL, I have no doubt. But in the meantime, I bought an adapter for my OBD2 code reader and pulled the code. I need to know what this means and why its there. Here it is:
P062F Internal Control Module EEPROM Error
This doesnt seem like something the servo motor would cause. There are no pending codes just this stored one. My first instinct was that this is the original code that I got when I swapped my exhaust, but now Im not so sure. Anyone have this? I was going to clear it, but I think I should bring it to the shop and have them read it with their equipment.
Sorry for the grammar, been working 28 hours straight and I should be in bed, but I have been drinking monsters to stay awake and now I cant sleep
Thanks for any help

I would clear it and see if it comes back. Probably from a voltage spike.
If it doesn't clear, they might have to disable that code in a reflash. Might be related to the O2 sensors
