Hello there. I've had my MT-10 for a few weeks now and am very much loving it. I sold my GSXR-750 since it was only being used for track days and I wanted something that was more comfortable to ride on the street and still be able to do the occasional track event. Thus far, I've made just a few modifications for practicality (frame sliders, upgraded horn, swingarm spools/sliders, and a larger sidestand foot).
The next potential mods on my list are an ECU flash, seat upgrade and possibly an exhaust.
Cheers!

Hi there. I'm on the central coast about 35 minutes north of Santa Barbara. I got a 2018 model in blue/black and got a good price since it's last year's model.

I bought a Denali Soundbomb Mini. Even though it's "mini" it's a fair bit larger than the stock horn and hangs down from the lower triple clamp a bit in the stock location. It doesn't interfere with the fork stroke or turning the forks though, and it's significantly louder than stock. Only $30 and plugs into the existing horn wiring without a custom harness. If the current location starts to become an issue, I'll have to look around for an alternate mounting spot.

Nice. I just moved into SB! 35 miles north...what's that, Solvang? Anyway, welcome (belated). Maybe we could ride together sometime!

I bought the full sized Denali Soundbomb and I have dug into it yet but it’s not looking good for going on our bike. Maybe I should return it and go with the mini...

I'll try to remember to get a photo of the horn installed when I get home. It looks a little goofy, but it doesn't impede fork travel or turning either direction.

I'd assume that horn would blow the stock fuse in a hurry, since its amperage is much higher than stock. Not touching the factory wiring was nice, and smart, but not sure those tiny wires are up for that job. Looking forward to your pictures of it, and your comments on the wiring . I was thinking of getting one, but having to install a fuse box and relay are stopping me from doing it .

That's assuming he can turn a wrench and plug two wires in...I'm not so sure.

Sorry to get your panties in a wad. But next time put the freaking link first, and I don't have to assume . Anyway, thought you were talking about the Soundbomb AIR HORN linked below, not that electric one I hadn't seen before... and not interested in. So never mind.

The mods should remove his blocking option so he is forced to read about his fuck ups, that is the only way he will learn...F him.

Sorry for the delay, here's a few photos of the Soundbomb mini. It's easy to wire up since it doesn't need a relay, but it definitely is more visible (and more importantly, LOUDER) than the stock horn.

Like you’d even notice it without the zoomed in pictures...definitely think it’s worth it. Are you related to exclyptix or whatever his name is?
