I have this windscreen (in smoke) and it works great. To be honest, there really isn't a windscreen I've seen yet that really 'looks good', but it's better looking than most, and works far better than the stock bikini. It deflects a fair amount of wind even at high speeds (150+ mph) with minimal deflection. As for the installation I had no issues and the plastic caps only go on properly if you have the white washers facing the correct direction. Honestly, I don't see you getting $75 + shipping when you can buy it new with free shipping for $118 from Revzilla.

Fair enough as far as price goes.... as for the grommets, I flipped the white washers around and they still don't fit. They are likely not the right ones because they are too big either way.

I just installed mine a few weeks ago, all the hardware in your pics looks as mine does. You have to pay very close attention to the instructions as the black and white copy they ship with are hard to read, there are color pics online someplace that better show the orientation.

I watched a video where they snapped the grommets on top of the bolt and it snapped in place.... the ones I have are too large.... I know how this stuff works...

After reading the comments on the product page you wouldn't be the only one that thought so, but when I say your hardware is identical to what I installed I'm not kidding. Good luck.

Interested in the shield, despite your problems with the fasteners. I've just got a few questions first.
What effect do you recall it had on wind at say 50-70MPH? Does it toss up a bunch of turbulence and make the ride annoyingly loud at helmet level? Any new buffeting? Looks aside, do you prefer highways speeds with or without the windshield?
I'm asking because I'm about to head out on a 4000mile ride in a few weeks, and I'm curious as to whether or not I'll want or even need this screen once rolling... The one thing I could use on long higher-speed days is a little wind protection, but I really do enjoy the clean airflow across my helmet and I'm wondering if this will just mess all of that up.
Cheers.

I think it was the most noticeable at 50-70mph actually... your head doesn't get pushed back as much... and also, it made it to where you didn't have to tuck your head down as low if you want to take a more spirited run to triple digits. I know that much lol
