Hi people. In need of some assistance. So like a dumbass I started the bike, 2017 FZ10, while it was on the stands and ran the thing in gear. Check engine light has been on ever since. Pretty sure I know why it's on but I just need to shut it off. I have tried four different OBD scanners (with the patch cord of course), Autel, VeePeak(bluetooth), Innova 3100 and one which I can't remember. Neither one will work. I need to figure this out because I know this is going to happen again and I do not want to take to the dealer everytime. This is supposed be a very common thing with these FZ10's. Has anyone here resolved turning off the engine light and what scanner did you use. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Problem solved. Two wires in the 16 pin to pin patch cord were installed backwards from the factory. Scanner worked fine after I corrected that and now have the engine light shut off.
