Today I decided to get some wiring done that I have been putting off. First I wired in a Blue Sea fuse block with relay so that it is only powered when ignition is on. I put the fuse block under the seat were the exhaust servo used to be. I then wired in My GPS and Radar Detector. I use a Valantine 1 with HARD system for a great heads up display. I also wired in my Gerbing heated gear because I will be doing a 3000+ mile ride from north Alabama through Arkansas and down to Austin TX in early April for the Moto GP races and in the Arkansas mountains it can be rather chilly in April.

Fuse blocks really are a great bit of kit. I don't have one on Mt 10 yet but have a fuze block fz1 on my other bike. I run heated grips, heated kit,GPS,radar and aux socket through it. Can be switched or constant on each circuit.
Which model do you have?

This one is made by Blue Sea. Its the 5025 model. Its one of the first things installed anytime I get a new bike. Just makes wiring simple and safe. I have mine wired with a relay so it is only powered when ignition is turned on.

I was thinking of using and old iPhone 5s with local hotspots as a GPS. I just have to get some sort of 12v to usb adapter and hide it all under the seat. This way I will not have to pay a month fee for monitoring
