Looking at replacing brakes... was going to grab brembo SA for fronts but apparently they only have SP for rear.
Brembo SP rears... WARNING : The compounds used in the friction material are for track use only and are therefore unsuitable for everyday riding conditions and should NEVER be used on the public roads.
Anyone got a recommendation for rear brakes and/or fronts...

I went with SBS pads. Great pads with different levels of braking power like the Brembos and they do not tear up rotos. My mechanic uses them on race bikes and he says it is one of the few pads he's seen that doesn't tear up rotors.
I wouldn't be too concerned with the rear brake pad. Mines still stock. All your braking power is up front. I don't even touch my rear except for things like coming to stoplights. Don't need a crazy expensive pad for the rear brakes unless you're sliding the rear into the corner at the track.

I too have gone with SBS pads and they're half the price of the Brembos.
