This is why we invest in crash protection. I wish I could say this was planned, but sadly, it was not. How it happened: Idiot rider forgets to zip pocket after stopping. Galaxy S7 ejects from pocket on mountain road at 55 mph. Said idiot rider rushes to get phone from traffic without properly shoring up kickstand on a hill. Bike rolls off sidestand in a spectacular fashion as idiot rider looks both ways to cross road.   Incidentally, the phone, which was nicely secured in its Otterbox case in the road decided to eject a secondtime when a car ran it over. Thank God the phone still works. Only one small hairline crack in the rear glass. But hey - at least we know the frame sliders work as advertised (and the Otterbox)! Some days... |

Wow, sorry to hear about that man but good thing sliders were installed! I use an Otterbox too, but was having problems with my iPhone 6 not swiping right, took it out of the case to check it out and dropped it, shattered the screen. Paid 120 for new screen install at Apple Store.

I'm notoriously hard on my phones. Several shattered screens, one fell off a roof. This was the first time getting hit by a car, though. I don't like the added bulk and screen protector, it sure beats the alternative.

@bogie Do you mind taking a picture inside the right frame slider?
I installed mine last week and I found it weird that there is a play between . It's just to be sure everything is alright on mine. Thank you !
