It's the 14" stainless steel round.
And alas, I re-used the baffle in a different project.
I myself used this with activetune so never used the baffle in this fz10, from lots of testing before on my previous fz10 it does make it a little quieter, not by a whole lot but totally kills your top end with no significant midrange boost.
The system without the baffle isn't that loud, very much within the sensible range.
