Hello everyone! My fiance Susan and I just picked up our bikes about 8 days ago. She has a 2018 MT-09, and I've got a 2018 MT-10. Bikes were delivered to the house and hit the stands as soon as they got there. Stream of mods have been arriving. Lol. If anyone is up near here and want to ride, let me know!

That's awesome...I take she's has lots of experience. I almost wish my wife rode, but honestly she's likes riding on the back much better...she gets to hold on to me... Go Yamaha's...enjoy the new rides.

Go Yamaha's...enjoy the new rides. Thank you!!! Actually, she doesn't! Lol ECUs are out right now getting tuned. My tuner is going to alter the full throttle percentages in the different D-Modes to actually make them act drastically different. Max full throttle in B mode will only be about 60%, effectively making it about the same output as an SV650. 80% in Std. mode and 100% in A. This should allow her to have a linear learning curve on the same machine with the same weight and the same braking and handling characteristics as she progresses. Then, once she reaches A mode, I'll send it back in for a reflash to get a dose of the full hot sauce for her. Lmao

Was it cheaper to insure the mt-10 over the 09? I was getting outrageous quotes for the 09.

I can tell you that my insurance went from $40/month on the 09 to $105/month on the 10. I am 24 though.
