Any idea where I could find some fine silver galvanized mesh screen. I’m wanting to replace al the black screen mesh with silver in my side panels, intake scoops, and around the headlights. I don’t care for the black and don’t want to spray paint them silver either. Afraid the paint would start scratching off from washing bugs off of them.

If you're dead set on that change, why not paint the factory mesh silver??? If it comes off, then consider other options, but doubt there's anything out there better looking than the stock mesh. Why spend on something uglier if you can just paint it? If paint comes off, you can consider anodizing it, or powder-coating it. I really like them black on my black bike, but I agree they'd probably look better on a gray one. Good luck, and keep us posted on your project  . |

Have you tried Home Depot or McMaster-Carr? Try looking for insect screens.
