Looks so good, it has me second guessing my Yamaha Comfort Seat! This is my second Corbin seat. I had a Corbin on my first bike, then a Shad on an FZ8, and a Russell Day Long on a FJR1300. It's really tough to put a price on comfort. The MT-10 stock seat is terrible and my girlfriend hates it also. I went with the Gunfighter and Lady option (for her of course). |

Everybody's backside is different. I just went 135 miles today without stopping or getting off with the standard seat. No real issues for me but some seem to have issues with the stock seat. Do what you have to do but I can deploy my money elsewhere.

As well I hope Corbin has improved since anything I have bought from the past from them sucked comfort wise. |

Now that you have had the eeat a year, I was wondering what your thoughts are on it? Does it fit solid to the bike or does it move around like the stock and comfort seat? |

It doesn't move around at all. All I can really say is that it's a world of difference from the stock seat. My girlfriend has zero complaints when she rides with me.

My stock seat didn't move at all. My comfort one doesn't move at all either... but yes, I had to work on it (there're a few threads on that). The only bad thing about the Cobin (other than it weighs a ton, but all of them do), is it looks like 2" taller than mine, which I can't swing. But for taller folks, it's probably the most comfortable option. Sargent has been working on one too, but so far I don't think it's for sale yet.

They had zero interest in expediting my order since they had messed up and when I and the dealership called them they could give a shit less. I'll never give my money to Corbin because it's very clear they don't care to make a mistake right or treat a customer with respect. I do have a question for you. I am considering the Lady seat as well (for the girlfriend). You mentioned that you seem to sit a little higher. Does that help your knees at all? I love the bike for short rips but my knees feel it in the longer rides (>300 miles.) I feel like if I did sit a little higher, the bend would be a little less and I could tolerate more lengthy trips.

Well I am only 5'10" so the only real difference it made was that I can't flat foot at a stop anymore. I either tip toe on both sides or lean to 1 side. It's a difference of about an inch. FYI the only difference between then Gunfighter and the Gunfighter / Lady seat is that the Gunfighter/Lady has the ability to add a seat rest on the back. As far as cushion for the passenger, I am fairly certain that it is the same on both seats. |

It appears different on Corbin's website. The gunfighter passenger seat seems to drop off in thickness near the tail of the motorcycle where the lady almost comes up. I think I am going to order one. Can anyone chime in on whether these will work with SW-Motech's Blaze saddles?
