I just purchased CRG arrow bar end mirrors, the bike is still shipping and I'm wondering if I'll need an adaptor to install them or not. Anybody happen to know?

Yes my crg arrows are meant to fit 7/8" diameter and the stock bar ends are around 1.1" diameter. I am having them turned down to retain the weight as the crg adapters are aluminum from what I read and don't thread into the bars. From what I read the rhino bar ends are super nice and made for threading into yamaha bars but they are spendy. I hope to have mine back soon and will post when I get them.

I put the arrow bar end mirrors on and used a bar end adaptor that screws in the bar like the stock one. But there is a gap for mounting the mirror. Rhino Moto makes them. Works great. About $70 pair tho.

Second here for Rhino Moto Ends. Easy install. Solid mount and a little heavier than stock. End is a high density rubber and replaceable.

A guy at work has them in his shop. I should get them back next week.

I picked up a set of CRG Arrows and some Rhino Moto bar ends. Fit and finish for both is excellent, and the customer service I received from Rhino after some shipping issues (my fault) was second to none. I really like the visibility that the bar end mirrors provide (no more looking at my shoulders!), and I think it really cleans up the bike. image hosting

Hi guys. I went with the Rhino bar end weights, tapered, as shown below. Expensive but nice. Then I went thrifty and got the Chinese knockoffs of the Arrow mirrors for $27! To my surprise they are actually good quality. They even have small bolts so you can tighten down the ball joints and the swivel joints. The included bar end weights are crap though.

I wonder how easily the Arrows are to move inboard on the fly. The CRG lanesplitters are the obvious choice for confined maneuvering, but the Arrows are a much better aesthetic fit for the -10

I think the idea is to be able to rotate them to save space in your garage.
