Hey guys, I’ve already got an akra link pipe and an sc project can on my bike. But I think I want to take a different route and go with the graves EVR and headers. For you that have the exhaust, can I use my active tuner with this exhaust or will the tune be “restricted” by graves. Thanks -Ty

I would contact 2WheelDynoWorks and ask them about the activetune , but I'm pretty sure you can use it, I have the 3/4 EVR system with a flash from 2WDW, it made a considerable difference in the performance of the bike. The fuel mileage will drop about 2mpg, but the fun factor increases. Nels testing and specific flash for this system yielded a 21 HP peak gain and a good 8-10HP throughput the rev range, torque is increased(8ft/lb peak) as well. Of the systems he has tested this one made the best power, it is pricey, but 2WDW can drop ship one to you and save some money. Even though he is a site vendor, Nels and 2WDW have a good reputation with racers and customers and they are responsive to questions, it is best to either call or email them. I'm really impressed with my bike now, the only negatives are about a 2mpg drop in fuel mileage on a bike that already loves fuel, the sound of the system is loud once the valve opens, with ear plugs it doesn't seem much louder or droning at cruising speeds. My next mod with this system is to find an R1 titanium header, I would buy the Graves header but the stock R1 header weighs about the same and is more cost effective.
