When I bought the bike from a private seller he had the OEM mid-height windscreen on and when I rode it home I felt that it didn't do jack shit. I bought the Givi touring windscreen and that helps a lot but I still get hit with wind at 80 mph+...What is weird is that I have riddin upright bikes with small windscreens that totally shot the wind over my head or around me..maybe it has to do with how the bikes are designed, riding position, etc. Has anyone else used windscreens other than the Givi Touring or the OEM Mid height? If so, how is the wind deflection?

Puig touring screen is another option. I'm 6.1 and it does a good job redirecting the air adove my shoulders. My helmet is in the open with no turbulence up to 120 mph .

The Yamaha made one is pretty legit. It could probably be secured a little bit better to the bike, but beside that, great airflow and great look. Price sucks but if you get one for cheap, jump on it. It's a great screen.

lazos, do you have the light or dark smoke version of this screen, I'm of similar height and may try this screen, it compliments the bikes lines and still looks good.

Interesting. I am 5'10 and the Givi touring screen still pushes lots of wind at my forehead and shoulders. I have to really tuck to get more in a bubble. Strange how a taller person has a better experience. The OEM one is alright, but I don't like how they remove the front cowlings.

The OEM one is alright, but I don't like how they remove the front cowlings. that has been my experience at 5'11. it put so much wind noise at my helmet that I removed it and went for the sport screen. It does not provide the protection I'd prefer but at least I can live with the noise level.
