Hi folks,
New member from the north. Just picked up a new FZ-10 (2017) yesterday. Traded in a FZ-09 for it. Got 400 clicks on it so far and the break in is going perfect.
Rode it home from the dealership and got a CEL with less than 100 kms on it. Took it back to the dealer and it was an issue with the EXUP valve solenoid. Shout out to the guys and gals at Pro-AM motorsports for getting me in the shop right away and it was fixed within an hour. They even filled up the tank. (it was on f trip). Awesome service.
Ordered an Akra slip on because its so damn beautiful. A fender eliminator and luggage rack from Vagabond Motorsports are on their way.
No other mods planned except maybe a windscreen. I do a couple long trips a year and its nice to have.
Thats about it. Hopefully i don't ask any stupid questions.

Hey Gonz0,
I also got my bike from Pro-Am. I’m guessing you got the last armour grey there? I believe I got the last black one. They’ve been very good and now we finally have some decent weather. I’m in the middle of breakin as well and just did the first oil change.
Since having mine I’ve put on grip warmers, quick shifter, gold plug, R&G protection, Evotech oil and rad guard. I got a wind screen, but haven’t mounted it yet.

Welcome.....although a lot of posters here do a lot of mods it isn't necessary by any stretch of the imagination. Enjoy the ride.

Yep, got the last grey one. I thought I would regret the trade in but hell no.
The suspension alone is on a whole other level compared to my fz09. Its way smoother on the highway and doesn’t get blown around half as much. Can’t wait to ride it out to Vancouver island.
