Just curious if anyone has tried the S21's? I've been happy with the factory S20's. I know the stock tires are a little different than the normal S20's you would buy. It looks like the price of the Bridgestone's is really good and so are the reviews, I may have to try them.

Irun them and haven't noticed any significant difference from the S20. Supposedly they are supposed to be a little better on tire wear while also allowing better grip. I haven't noticed any significant slips on the S21 and consider them to be a stellar tire for street or even beginner track riding.
Bridgestone also claims better wet weather performance. Not something I've had ezpierience with living in SD but in places where you get frequent rain, this is probably a big deal.
The tire is definitely just as good.
In comparison, I've had a lot of seat time with the Dunlop Q tires (Q2 Q3) and feel the S20/1s offer better feel for the road. I've run RS10s and I don't feel the extra tire wear experienced on 1000s is necessarily worth the little extra grip you might get.

That's what I wanted to hear, I will definitely try them. For some reason I also prefer the feel of Bridgestone over Dunlop, they're all good tires just personal preference. Thanks for your feedback

I had the original S20s which I chewed through in about 4000Km. But fair cop the were really stick and never let go.
I now have the S21s and they seem to be the same but are wearing better in the middle.
highly recommend the S21s. Ryan at fort nine on youtube suggests you consider the Pirrell Diablo Rossa 3 as well.
cheers

I went from 20's to 21's and liked them a lot , also lasted a fair bit longer than the 20's 1500 miles from the S20's 3500 miles from the S21's

I havent tried the S21s on the MT10 yet, i have used them on my previous bike, a multistrada, and i thouhgt they were the best tires i have tried for sport riding on the street. The confidence on the front tyre was infinite. The only problem i had with them was wear/duration that was way too short, like 2500km before being completly and uterly thrashed. This bike seems to be easier on tyres compared to the Ducati and i plan to switch to S21s as soon as i am done with the current S20s. I also used Michelin PP3 (crappy) and Dunlops SportSmart2 Max (best compromise). In the Duc they both lasted around 4000Km.

I haven’t ridden them back to back on the same bike but I had the S21 on my 600rr and the S20 stock on the MT-10.
I’ve ridden both on track at decent intermediate or better pace. The S21 beats the S20 in every way. Grip, wear, profile, wet grip, etc. It’s a miracle tyre.

Do you think there would be any issue with just replacing my worn rear tire with the S21's? I currently have the stock S20's and only the rear needs replacement right now.

I don't think that there would be any problem at all running an S21 rear with an S20 front. That said, these are pretty inexpensive tires. Wouldn't you like a nice, fresh profile on your front tire too? Either way, the S21's won't disappoint.

I agree with what srosa says , don't underestimate the profile of a new front tyre , makes a big difference in my opinion
