I have a Givi top rack that I'd be interested in intermittently mounting 2 gallons of rotopax containers to for additionally fuel mileage in remote areas. Has anyone successfully accomplished something like this?

I'm also trying to figure out how to carry extra fuel for longer trips.
Rotopax containers are really robust and well sealed.
I'm thinking about how to set up / fabricate a mount to the passenger seat (?) - stacking a couple of 1 gallon Rotopax.
Thoughts?
