I've noticed several people complaining about FZ10 shifting issues. Does this get any better with more miles? Mine now has 100 miles and has gotten much better, but it aint no GSXR for sure. I'm wondering if the 10w40 Motul that I have for the first oil change will help.

Ours has loosened up over the course of the 11k miles. But it's not a Honda...

It definitely becomes easier to shift as your ride more. I remember how stiff the shifter was when I first got the bike. It took a lot of effort to shift through the gears. Now it is effortless.

I noticed a bit of improvement when I changed to full synthetic, but not dramatic.

I posted a bit about this, as I have never owned a bike that took so much effort. A few things that helped....mileage, aligning shift arms, quick shifter, quality oil. It's def gotten much better, to mirror others though, its no honda or suzuki. lol
