Hi,
Has anyone who has replaced their handlebars still have them lying around? I would like to get their measurements (height to bend, total height, and pullback) so I can search for some similar bars with less pullback. My hands fall asleep and I get pain in my wrists trying to grip with my entire hands.
Thanks,
MrHix

The parts look up show they're basically the same as FZ 09/XSR900 bars. Not sure if that helps, but you might be able to search what those match up to on other forums. Most people match them to Renthals for reference sake. I switched out some Street Lows, which were similar, but smaller rise. Anyway, hope some of that helps. Cheers, G

Thanks for the input G, but I haven't gotten the measurements yet and need them for comparison to get new bars.

Understood. Have you thought of some adjustable bar risers? I only mention this because I'm constantly fiddlin' with my FZ09's ergos regarding bars. I now have some adj. risers, so i can just move things around. Up, down, forward and back. Just a thought. They're not cheap, but you might never have to replace bars again. Good luck, G

I do have a set of the RoxSpeedFX 2" adjustable risers already, but thought that with a slightly higher bar rise, I could get closer to my perfect bar position. I am trading up and back and would just like a little bit more. The 3" looks like too much since I also use a canyon dancer holddown strap, the extra inch might really weaken the setup.
Cheers,

I just noticed the RoxSpeedFX site has 1" mounting extensions that go under the risers. Those may provide the extra height and keep the strength of the entire system.
Hmmmmmm . . . . .
