I did a forum search and found plenty of useful information, but nothing that would resolve my specific issue. Here are the details:
Bike: 2021 MT10 Mods: Leo Vince mid pipe Yoshimura slip on BT Moto ECU flash
Other info: O2 sensors still in exhaust and plugged in Exhaust valve cables removed, but motor in place and plugged in Rear brake switch replaced with a new factory switch because I broke it
Issue: No fault codes displayed, cruise control light comes on amber when I engage the switch, but does not engage when I press set, nor does the light turn green. Where should I start looking to correct the problem of no cruise control?

There are two switches I believe on the front brake lever, and pretty sure there was a recall for that assembly. Might want to check.

I would check the rear brake switch. That's directly associated with the cruise control disengage. There's a sensor that I believe is attached to one of the two springs on the rear brake. Make sure it's operating correctly and fully retracting when you let off the brake. That's definitely where I would start.

The front brake lever recall was for the 2019's......there are no recalls on the '21's. I would assume that if the rear brake lever operates the brake lights properly, then the cruise should work too. I look at it tomorrow and see if there is anything out of the ordinary. Thanks!

Usually with a flash the o2 sensors need to be unplugged from the bike though you can leave them in the exhaust. That shouldn't cause CC issues though.
Make sure both brake light switches are working properly
Make sure the throttle cable free play is set correctly as rolling the throttle forward will disengage CC

I had the same issue with my 2019, the bike had a Akrapovic system from the y-pipe back. If the bike falls to the right it will crack the rear brake brackets and prevent that little switch from realizing no one is pressing the brakes. The cruise control light comes on but you can't lock in a speed, good chance that is the issue you're having.

As stated above, the CC is disabled by the brake light activation; there are microswitches on the front brake and at the foot brake, and if they do not switch on/off as they should, the CC won't set. I believe both microswitches are connected through a relay under the seat, which could be another source of an issue. When the front switch was faulty on my 2017, the relay would make unhappy buzzing sounds and the brake light behaviour was abnormal. If your brake light looks OK and functions as it should, then the problem is probably elsewhere. My bike was subject to the recall but I fixed the fault by spraying contact cleaner into the microswitch until the part was replaced.

Well, I checked the front and rear brake switches and all springs are properly connected and the micro switches appear to be working properly since the brake lights are working as intended. No crazy noises from any relays either. Since I have a BT Moto tune loaded into the ECU, I can reload the stock tune and see if that has anything to do with it.

If your brake lights are all working properly then that's good. Might have something to do with the tune? I know it's an issue on second gen bikes but I haven't heard of it being an issue on first gen bikes. If you have the ability to swap it back tos tock it's worth trying. Did you check your throttle cable free play as well? Rolling the throttle forward will cancel CC so if your cables aren't set properly it could cause it to not activate.
