My first video with the GoPro setup.
Short ride from Sugar Bottom State Park to the Coralville Dam. Nothing too crazy. Got to be cautious with campers and boats coming in and out of the park areas. The road in between is littered with hidden driveways, regular drive ways and is a chip seal repaired road so gets a little sketchy in places. Just a really nice day to enjoy a ride and share the sweet song of the FZ10 with the Akrapovic 3/4 System.
At the 3:17 mark you see where I got crowded by an asshat in a truck!! GRRR!!! At the 12:07 mark you can see how easy the front comes up without even trying then I turn around and hit the quick shifter for a few bangs.
It's no zenmoto video but not bad for a first stab at this GoPro thing. LOL

Outstanding Bogie! Lookin great and soundin great. Now I miss my -10:-(((
The camera position worked really well. So much better than a helmet mount with all the head movement distractions.
Super video!!!

The mount will make you laugh. I don't want to put any of the adhesive mounts on my tank so I bought a round magnet rated at 95 LB pull strength. I mounted the GoPro to that and then I put a thin protective barrier between the magnet and tank. LOL
Works pretty well I think.

Awesome Video Bogie! I could watch videos like that every rainy day that I couldn't get out and ride myself. Please post more or tell us were we can go to watch other scenic/countryside videos... Also can you post a few pics of the camera set up on the tank like you described. Thanks

Unfortunately bogie departed the forum a few months ago. Not sure why. Hope he's doing well!

Too bad he's gone. I do like how well the tank-mount footage turns out on the MTs. No fairings means less obstruction than a faired sportbike. If I do any shooting I may stop using my helmet mount
