If I let go of the bars with cruise control or when the front wheel is up from acceleration, the bike pulls to the right noticeably. More than what the crown of the road would do. I've checked the axle blocks on the rear wheel and they're equally spaced in the swingarm.. just wondering if this is a characteristic of the bike or if I've taken it off one too many sweet jumps.

Mine tracks straight when I remove my hands from the bars. I haven't heard of any tendency of the bikes to drift to the left or right.

Hmmm, just put a micrometer to it and it's off by .5mm even though the hashes line up. We'll see if that fixes it.

Half a mm shouldn't affect it. But hopefully it's ok for you

Mine pulls right if I take my hands off the bars too! Several folks on the Euro forum were reporting the same so you're definitely not the only one. One guy reported tracking straight after he offset the axle adjustments by one full mark. No one said theirs drifted left.

same here... mine tracks right if I take my hands off the bars. I just attributed it to the crown in the road. guess I need to check rear wheel alignment.
regards, Tony

Could the preload on the forks suspension not be the same? or forks not sitting flush in the triple clamp. I haven't tried mine yet, but I will definitely try it to see.

Mine pulls right too, but I find that I'm not as comfortable cornering to the right, so I can use all the help I can get.

Yes mine definitely drifts right also. I have had this "problem" since day one. Would love to hear if there is a fix for this.

Yes my bike pulls right, also, so did every single bike I owned (on flat surfaces too).. so just assume it's gyroscopic forces or something guys...

My FZ09 never pulled to the right , I used to take my hands off the bars all the time coming up to lights to either shake my hands out or other things. The FZ10 has a significant pull to the right though. Anyone have a Yamaha tech friend ?

No pull on mine at all, with cruise and on back roads I frequently take my hands off bars...very straight. Are the tires mounted in the right direction? (long shot)

(long shot) Honestly, it's probably just a common alignment error when bikes are put together.. and all the guy's with bikes pulling right are just jumping on this bandwagon. Although, as stated earlier, every bike I have owned pulled right.
