I have had Watsen on one of my R1's. I knew that they are high quality and very bright.
Currently Watsen does not have a specific model for the FZ10. I felt that his FZ-09 lights looked like they would fit well so I ordered a set. I also bought an extra set of lights from some one that swapped theirs out with another brand. Didn't want to screw mine up and not have lights. LOL
IT WORKED GREAT!!!!!!
So what you have here is a set of Watsen signals for an FZ-09 that have been spliced to the factory connections off a pair of stock signals. I wasn't smart enough to take pics of the wires as I was doing it. I will say this, I am not an electrician and about as mechanically inclined as a monkey for the most part. So if I can do this any one can. LOL
I cut the stock signal wires fairly close to the signal so I knew I had more than enough room to work with. I trimmed down the insulation on all the wires about 1/4 of an inch. I then used Posi-Lock Connectors as they came highly recommended. Then wrapped the connection point in black electrical tape to cover it up nd protect it even more from dirt and water.
It turned out amazing in my opinion. Very clean stealthy look. Add it in the integrated tail light the bike has much cleaner lines from the front and rear now.
Here is a video of them working. They are even brighter than the video shows.

They look great! Are they making more with a factory matched connector? We need a group buy! We should poll owners and save some dough on parts.

Sadly I went to his page and he no longer list anything for Yamaha anymore. I have emailed him to let him know my results but no response yet. I may have created the only set LOL

Bumping this really old thread just to mention I reached out to the guy about starting to produce Yamaha signals again. He said he is going through spring backlog and making up for time lost due to injury but did encourage me to follow up in a few months. I already set a reminder to bug him again in July. By then I may post up again to gather interest and send him the results. May be able to sway his interest to produce some for the FZ/MT-10. After seeing how subtle the Watsen's looked on the FZ-10 I fell in love and really are the only signals I'm interested in at this point.

I'm also interested, depending on the price of course.

Had Watsen's on my Triumph Daytona 675. Amazing lights. Very good quality and brightness but took a couple months before I received them. But I was aware of the backlog so there were no surprises.

I must have caught him at a great time when I ordered them about 2 months ago. Got mine in like 2 weeks lol
I don't think it was mentioned so just in case anyone is wondering, these are turn signals only, no running light.

He doesn't have Yamaha signals listed on his site. After seeing the pics in this thread I'm jonesing for these signals and an integrated taillight; the bike looks so much sleeker without the signals protruding.

Yep I just emailed him since I saw he doesn't have anything on his sight for Yamaha. He got back to me shortly and gave me a timeframe and sent me an invoice. I did this and the motodynamic rear integrated tail at the same time, and I agree. The stock signals are pretty nice, just hate how much they stick out.

They are really really good lights though. I can't remember what I paid for them when I bought them for my Triumph (it was like 5 years ago) but the paint was spot on which was important too. Like not a shade lighter or darker then the bike, which was Red. The color match was EXACT.
Obviously this isn't as big of a deal with a black bike though, so I guess I'd have to decide if the cost is worth it if I ditch the stock lights and have to pay for a integrated taillight as well.

One of my riding buddies has the Watsens on his Street Triple and the paint match is definitely impressive. I'm planning on the SW Motech saddle bags. With the Yoshimura tail tidy I'll have to ditch the rear signals for the bags to fit anyway so I'm already going to need an IT. Being able to remove the front signals for something as subtle yet effective as the Watsens is just gravy for me. I ain't rolling in dough but I'm not going to lose sleep for splurging on these if I get the chance.

It never bothered me paying for something thats quality and looks great. The proton lights don't look right to me because they stand out too much to me. If they had made them in a tinted lens I probably would have bought a pair. But the beautiful thing about the Watson ones is they blend in and you don't even notice them.
