www.givi.co.uk/my-motorcycle#YAMAHA,MT-10_(16) This has been up on the Givi UK site for a little over a month. Still not showing up on the US site.
I know this misses the point of the FZ-10 for many, but I have been looking for a new big bore naked bike to convert in to a cool sport touring rig. It's all quickly convertible except the topcase rack, so you can quickly go back to naked.

My trips to eastern Tennessee Call for some sort of luggage. Detachable hard bags would be perfect. Leave them in the hotel during the day, but carry stuff from Savannah and back.

I'm in. My FZ-10 goes to the track, commutes and it will be doing some long distance this spring and summer. I just bought the Vagabond rear rack which should be compatible with the Givi top case. I'm looking at either the E30 or e350 Monolock. www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/givi-e30-monolock-top-case

SW-MOTECH has a set only available in Europe. They look better than the GIVI. I hope they will be available over here soon

SW-MOTECH has a set only available in Europe. They look better than the GIVI. I hope they will be available over here soon I was just looking at the SW-MOTECH website and they list the FZ-09 and FZ-10 as the same part number for the Blaze Bags.
BC.HTA.06.740.11300/B - FZ10
BC.HTA.06.740.10700/B - FZ09
If that is the case then maybe you could order them from Revilla now just by ordering the FZ09 bags.
Maybe email SW-MOTECH to see if they are the same product. Just a thought. www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/sw-motech-blaze-saddlebag-system-yamaha-fz-09-2014-2016#skus_tab

That's good info Bogie. Since Revzilla's return policy is so good it may be worth taking the plunge. But I think I will wait until I have the bike in the garage. Hope to pull the trigger by the end of the month.

Ther ARE NOT the same part number. I spoke with 'the Germans' and it's not available in the US through US distribution.

Yes, but the directions show the 09, and it is a different install. I emailed the factory and they said no. They also said that the MT-10 version is not available in the US. It can be sourced through EU/UK Distribtors but is costly.

I emailed SW-Motech and asked them if the Blaze FZ09 mounts would work on the FZ10. They forwarded my email to Twisted Throttle and this was their response.
"To clarify, the 2014-2016 FZ-09 Blaze Bag System will not work on the '17 FZ-10. With that said, we are currently working on adding the '17 FZ-10 Blaze Bag System into our ordering system and onto the website. Once the Blaze Bag system is on the website we will be able to accept and process orders. Please keep a watch on the Bike Specific page of our website for updates."
"Greg, you can keep in touch with us via email to check periodically on the availability of the Bag kit, or call us here at 855-255-5550. I will also keep this email chain open on my end and try to communicate to you once the parts are on the site and become available.
We look forward to helping you outfit your ride! " Cheers,
- Brendan

I just purchased a set of saddlebags and tail bag from Viking Bags. They use a strap mounting system. The price is alot cheaper so I'm not sure of the quality. The total cost after their 12% coupon was about 175.00. Updated: This is what the bags look like mounted, but i had to buy integrated turn signals. I'm planning a trip this summer from Buffalo to Tennessee then South Carolina. Any advice would be appreciated. This would be my first long trip on a bike and i dont know what to expect.

In case anyone was wondering about the Givi setup, I might be the first one with it. Got all the stuff including the tank bag for 450 bucks shipped from Italy. Not too bad. upload and resize image site

I ordered the MT-10 SW-Motech setup from France for $350 shipped. It should be here by the weekend. I'll do a write up once I get it installed.

I have the Shad set up. Very well made and it does hold a full face helmet each side.
