Installed the Quick Shifter, removed 02 Sensors and installed my 2wheeldynoworks flashed ECU!!
Been sick since Friday but took it out for a quick spin to test the QS and new ECU.
QS works flawlessly and the bike is a whole new animal with the flashed ECU!!! It's still a beast but a sophisticated beast now!!

Road up to Daytona for bike week and had a present waiting for me. Knights Design one inch drop peg with rubber cushion makes a big difference.

Modifications from the past 30-days - Gilles rearsets: I installed Gilles Tooling rearsets and enjoyed them on a 250 mile ride last week. I have them set up rearward and a little higher than stock and love the setup. The pipe mount needed some grinding and filing to become compatible with my Graves pipe but that was expected. The heel guards are a little cheesy for the price but overall the rearsets are a nice addition. I also had to shorten my shift rod slightly to obtain an optimal shifter position. Ohlins suspension: The cartridge kit and shock were mounted last month but I finally had good enough weather to get out and dial in the settings. I was able to set correct race sag with the standard Ohlins fork springs for the bike and one step up on the rear spring. Lots of preload was needed up front but that's okay for now. Nice C&R settings were easy to find initially and refinements made on my rides got the setup pretty close to perfection for me. The suspension is firm but very compliant over everything from annoying raised tar snakes up to mid turn root bumps. Flash Tune flash, Active Tune and QS/autoblip: Overall I am very pleased with the tune I'm running but will continue to refine it with the help of a local tuner. FTECU has been great to work with while ironing out the cruise control and diagnostic port issues associated with the interface. I can offer a comparison between the FTECU QS/auto blip system and the shift assist pro that is on my BMW S1000XR. My sense, without knowing delay times or blip durations, is that BMW's system on the XR is much more suited to lower rpm's whereas FTECU offers a race ready, high rpm setup. Both systems work almost flawlessly if used as intended. Seat concepts seat cover and foam: There is much less intimacy with the gas tank these days and my coccyx has yet to complain about a lack of support from the missing bump. Ermax screen: It's their sport touring height and in dark black which translates to dark smoke. It flops around a little but offers a fairly quiet ride as far as wind noise image hosting

Kirk at Flashtune told me that the range is 4000rpm and above.

Changed the rear out to a PR4. Stock rear lasted 3k miles of hooligan riding and one trackday.

Dirty her up. It looks like you don't ride her enough. Naw.......she just gets a good cleaning after every ride.
All my bikes get treated that way. When I sold my 07 R1, I had it posted for all of 4hrs before it was sold on the R1 Forum and a guy drove down from Canada to get it due to my reputation on taking care of my rides no matter how many miles are on them. LOL
That bike had almost 10k on it and the guy said his bike didn't look that clean when he bought it new. LOL

I wipe it down after each ride, but I don't clean the wheels but once a month unless it rains
