Just bought a 19 mt10 and noticed it don't display the ambient temp, do they all come with the sensor or am I just blind lol

I believe the ambient temperature is cycled with the engine temperature. Meaning there's some combination of buttons to press to toggle the engine temperature to show ambient temperature instead. You'll have to reference owners manual as I don't know off the top of my head.
Also, the bike may have to be on and running for at least a minute or 2 before it displays temps.

Yes there is a way to switch it between coolant temp and ambient temp. Believe it’s holding the selection button for three seconds to cycle between the two.

Like mt10orc said - you need to pull the trigger button and hold it for a few seconds and that'll switch between engine and air temp
