Just to update everyone, we've finally had it confirmed via the flash software developers that the diagnostic port glitch has now been fixed and is working 100% for code reading and clearing etc. For some people they were having issues post flash where the diagnostic port wouldn't function properly however we are happy to announce that it has been addressed and is working properly again!
If you've had your ecu flashed prior and would like to get the update please just send us the ecu back with a note saying its just an update flash and it is of course free of charge for the reflash.

Another member PMd me asking if I would be willing to try to connect my OBD reader to the bike post-flash because he was having trouble with it. I tried it today and unfortunately I cannot connect my reader to the ECU via the diagnostic port. I have used this reader and adapter pre-flash and connected without any problems.
Can you take a look and let me know if there are any troubleshooting steps I can take here? Thank you!

Guys, 2 wheel dyno works phone number (from a very simple google search) is (425) 269-5332 and I totally suggest calling them directly. We are just forum members here and while they are a vendor, I think you should call them for any tech assistance.

As far as we know and have tested on our bikes it works. If it is still not working for you please send me an email email@example.com I apologize for the inconvenience and issues. We're always working non stop with the coding company to continually improve the product and if there's something wrong we need to address it and get it back to the coders as well so we can make 100% sure the problem is resolved. We only want to provide the best possible product and unfortunately working with cutting edge technology like this, there are setbacks that they need to re-write and address. My apologies and again, please email me if there are any continued issues with this if we've flashed your ECU.
