I went on a ride just like any other day and my abs started flipping out .. then the tc (sc) started flashing ... I pulled over to check and saw my rear wheel sensor is worn down it has been rubbing on the sensor ring for god knows how long idk when or how this happened

That was some ugly crushed components you posted on FB the other day.
Some of Yamaha's torque values are just insane. Not just their value rear axle nut, either. Like their 58 ft-lbs for sprocket nuts - please.

Like their 58 ft-lbs for sprocket nuts - please. So figured I'd update the post ... the sensor getting cheese grated was due to a "tech" failing to replace all spacers .. I had the spacers on the outside of the rim just fine but I believe he didn't reinstall the spacer behind the sprocket hub causing all kinds of issue as seen on the face book post. I was able to get my bike to a shop all parts ordered and installed to replace everything damaged.. I did find an issue later on that my oil seal on the brake side was squeaking a bit but I through some white lithium grease on where the outside spacer meets the dust/oil seal and the noise went away
