Looking on eBay, I’ve seen some used Ohlins rear shocks from mt10 sp’s. Has anyone installed one? There are some electrical connections on the shock. I didn’t notice any electrical connections on my current one.
There are for gen 1.

Unless you have the shock altered for manual use, it generally won't work since it's for the SP model. It has electronically-drive valving that is ordinarily closed until the valves are energized. It'll bolt up fine but with the fluid circuits closed you'll wind up with no travel; your bike will basically be a hard-tail. You'd be much better off just buying an aftermarket shock for the standard MT-10. Several manufacturers make replacement shocks for non-SP models. I'm running a Penske shock myself.

That’s kind of what I was thinking. Too bad because I found a couple for less than $500.
