Graves just posted up their new full titanium exhaust. Wonder if there are any performance gains with the headers over stock, or is the only difference they are titanium over steel? Maybe Chuck Graves can let us know.

Probably save some weight with the titanium and better exhaust flow.

Why does a $2300 exhaust system have clamps?
Seems like maybe they took R1 headers and added the slip on decat system and made it a full exhaust. The system looks like an after thought and the dyno graphs aren't that great. Folks are getting similar numbers with a flash, I love Graves exhaust, but expected more.

Any pictures? I know it's not as strong as steel but the colors are amazing! In general, Titanium is as strong or stronger than steel and about half the weight. There are lots of different types of steel. I had a Graves full Ti system on my R6 track bike. It was amazingly light. |
