Hello everyone! I own a 2020 model and have been slowly adding some mods and kms to my MT-10. What would you guys consider the absolutely must-have mods? Sorry about my english not being perfect, it's not my first language. Thanks for having me!

ECU flash is the most important must have mod IMO. Fixes throttle response, adds power, and makes a fun bike even more fun.
If you plan on doing anything more than short rides I also suggest a more comfortable seat. I went with seat concepts but there are other options.
IMO everything else is down to personal taste.
I do a lot of track riding so mods I did: - Better brake pads - Catless mid pipe - Short black adonized levers - Wind screen - 520 chain with a 42 tooth rear sprocket - woodcraft clip ons to replace the handle bar - Engine case covers/protectors - 90 degree angle valve stems - Quickshifter

Welcome to the forum!!!
I recommend switching the Master Cylinder out to a radial. Lot of members either swap to an R6 Master cylinder or Brembo Master. These swaps can get a little bit involved depending on if you wanna switch to other brake lines and the break/cruise control switch can be a little finicky to get setup. But it's a tremendous update to bring better, consistent braking.
Seat replacement is up there on my list as well. The stock seat is terrible. There's a lot of companies that do custom seats. Yamaha makes a comfort seat but it has some issues with the edges wearing on the tank. I have a post that potentially mitigates or eliminates the issue if you go through my thread history.
And if you go with an aftermarket exhaust, you should get a tune/ecu flash.

Welcome to the board. Seat and flash tune. If you are going to remove the cat wait for flash so you only have to send it in once. Then make it your own, fender, mirrors, lights and such. I can’t comment on the brakes as I haven’t felt the need to do anything to them yet, but from what I read it’s high on most peoples list.
