After I bought a 2021 MT-10 Yamaha sent me a satisfaction survey. After I filled it out the said I would be receiving a $50 gift certificate for any Yamaha accessory, of course I never received it and have no way of contacting them. I have searched my mail box usuing search word Yamaha and can't find it. Thanks Yamaha!

Sounds like you need to fill out a satisfaction survey for the satisfaction survey.
You may want to check your spam filter too.
