I recently purchased a Yamaha 2022 Comfort Seat for my 2018 MT-10. Fits perfectly. Much better than stock seat.

I'm looking to upgrade my seat. Looks way better than the old versions. Is this the official accessory for the 2022 MT-10? Do you have a part number for this? Thanks.

Yep I got one and it fits my 2017 perfectly. Now to compare both the Corbin and Comfort.

Wow! That Corbin seat looks very comfy!

Wow! That Corbin seat looks very comfy! It isn't bad however I found myself having to push myself back to get my butt into the seat bucket. But most of the time I was slightly sitting on the front edge. Still was better than the stock. When I found this link and realized by ordering thru my dealer I could use my "Platinum VIP" discount I'm special I was able to get the Comfort for $275 which included tax and got it in less than 5 days. So figured I would give it a try also. I may switch back and forth on a couple of my longer 3 day trips to see which fits the long haul ticket.

IMO I think Corbin & Sargent are hideous. They look like something out of the 70s that would go well with a Windjammer fairing.

I think the Comfort seal looks better on the bike than other seats. However, I read a comparison between the Comfort and the Sargent by a rider on this forum and he prefers the Sargent for overall comfort. I may pull the trigger on a Sargent if I don't care for the Comfort I just bought. TBD.

Also with aftermarket passenger peg extenders for my pillion & she loved it.

Pulled the trigger on a 2022 Comfort Seat from my local dealer. Applied a "friends and family" discount to get it for $261. I'll let you guys know what I think of it once I get some bum time on it.

Completed a couple of rides using the comfort seat. Definitely better than stock, and easier on the wallet than a Corbin, or Sargent. YMMV.

Just bought one of the 2022 seats. Will advise when I get it. Purchased from a marine supply store out of Denver, they sell OEM parts for Yamaha. Paid 284.00 for it.

It fits, forgot to update this thread. Did it on my gallery. IMHO it is worth the price. Much more comfortable. I can get about a 100 miles before I need a stand on pegs break, whereas on stock it was like 40-50 miles before the needed stretch.

Thinking about picking one up just to see how it compares to my Seat Concepts. I'll just sell whichever one I don't like lol

Thinking about picking one up just to see how it compares to my Seat Concepts. I'll just sell whichever one I don't like lol It’s a good seat, but sure there are more comfortable ones at a price. I wasn’t totally against the stock seat, guess it all up to what each individual wants. I don’t foresee me needing another one. Hell I need a break after 70-80 miles anyways. It not cruiser bike for sure, breaks are good anyways. White knuckling is only good for so long :-).

I'm more a fan of Suzuki's seats. My TLR seat was so damn comfortable. My Seat Concepts is miles better than stock but a year and half and almost 6k miles and she starts getting sore after like 30-45 minutes. The comfort seat looks thicker everywhere
