Just got my ECU reflashed. Disconnected the O2 sensors, reinstalled the ECU, started her up and I immediately got a CEL (O2 heater bank circuit). Not sure what happened as the flash should have disabled the O2 sensors.
What's weird is that I can't even clear the CEL. I tried both a wired scanner and also tried one of those wireless obd2 dongles..no luck.
Any ideas?

I plugged the O2 sensors back in and managed to clear up the left sensor code. However still can't get rid of the right O2 sensor code.
Spoke to the guys who did the flash and they pointed out that maybe there's something wrong with the right O2 sensor. They suggested to plug the left sensor into the right sensor connector to see if I can get rid of the code (then I should be able to disconnect both sensors and it shouldnt throw any codes). Will give this a try later tonight.

Anyway I'm taking it back to the tuner tomorrow. Will see how it goes.

Who was the tuner and what was the result? Yep it's all sorted now (tuner was ECU West). Turns out the issue was because of a intermittent O2 check engine light I had before the tune. They had to sort that out and then reflash the ECU. The tune itself is great. Bike runs a lot smoother and it feels like there's more power - or more like the power comes on earlier.

So basically they flashed your bike back to stock and cleared the 02 code then refreshed it ?
