Hey all, new member here and have scoured these threads and the rest of the internet trying to decide here. Hoping to get some feedback from owners of both. I am looking at a 3/4 system, either the Austin racing Gp1 system or Sc project Cr-t. I like the lower rpm of the Austin racing but the ripping throaty sound from the crt is amazing. Track near me does not have a DB limit, I have speakers in my helmet and do like to listen to music occasionally but this bike is my toy and hooligan fun. Curious about how the noise levels of each compare under normal riding conditions. (I know they are loud) Only thing I'm worried about the Austin is does it sound fart canish in person? Couple videos I saw don't make it sound great at revs On the other end, does the Sc project sound much like anything at idle or just tinny. Again, at revs, I love the rip to it but is it higher pitched than I think?
I'm not a fan of the Akra as I don't like that lower drone sound, not enough growl for me. Throaty, angry and ripping as you get on it is what I am looking for.
Thanks all!

I have an Austin GP2R. It’s really loud. Even with all the baffles in. Here’s a clip from the track. I have the longest baffle removed. gopro.com/v/ZN321ZdbXDlaM

I’m thinking of hitting up a 105db Laguna day in may with PTT, but I probably need to put as much baffling in as I can.

I have a short AR GPR1, cat delete, tuned by 2WDW.
I also enjoy music and talking through my Sena 50s. My helmet is a Shoei RF-SR.
I CANNOT ride my bike without earplugs unless I want to hear nothing but BRRRAAAAAAA and have ringing ears. I can hear people I am talking to and music most of the time through the Sena when I am riding with earplugs, which I do 99% of the time. Highway speeds is wind more than anything. I am contemplating swapping out my exhaust to a longer and quieter anything. However, the AR screams "F*** YOU" every time I turn it on, and it sounds heavenly. The loudness is truly only an issue in the city, and I do my best to keep the RPMs below 3k in the city for other people and cops looking to ticket someone. Talking to other riders that ride with me, its not too loud for them, and the Sena blocks out the exhaust noise over comms 100%. Sena is witchcraft.
