I have a deposit on a regular mt10 with a dealer in GA that has some confirmed orders. I was just curious why this dealer had a posting on ebay for a bike that is not in the USA yet. Yamaha USA doesn't even have a normal mt10 yet. They said they hope to get one next month. I was at a demo event last week and they still had a 21 mt10 there. I'm prepared to pay msrp, but if the dealer tries to tack on a market adjustment I'll walk. I know yamaha has increased freight and they will hit me with a prep fee, but it shouldn't be more than a few hundred. Freight from Yamaha is $630 according to their website so don't let them screw you on that

I have a deposit on a 2022 MT-10 SP. Out the door price was 18,845 including 6% sales tax. I messaged 6 or so dealers for otd prices. Only two got back with me, the closest was 19788 with 6% including tax lol.

They are estimating May to receive the bike, but like many dealerships they are kind of in the dark. My OTD price was posted earlier in this thread, fz10.org/post/3228416,588.18 was the total.

I thought I was going to get an OTD price today, but they said that they couldn't give it to me until they get the invoice. I'll post here whenever I get it. Guess no MT10s are gonna make it here in March.. wonder when the first shipment will show up. Wonder if the June/July timeframe the Yamaha district mgr told me IS the first shipment.. I hate being patient!! haha.. no choice. Happy I have other bikes to ride while waiting. The weather is heating up!

I was looking at dealers in Washington because I poster on FB said they was getting some in soon. On the dealer site it said they have a 22 MT 10 coming in late April. So who knows. I have a SP ordered in Illinois, but they have not given me any updates. I'm going to contact them next month and see if they have heard anything.

Well, I got too impatient and picked up a 2021 tuono v4. Maybe I'll go with the MT10 next year or so. I'm still looking forward to seeing when they make it over to the US. I hope it is soon.

There is a freight charge and setup/prep charge, they are usually shown separately but sometimes they are lumped together, so you have to know what you are looking at. When I bought my FZ-10 back in Nov 2016 the freight charge was $299 and setup was $259, those are reasonable numbers, imo. Last time I was in my local dealer they had very few new Yamahas, and even the used ones weren't too plentiful. Right now it is like cars and trucks, there is a premium for good used ones. My FZ-10 is my last bike before I hang up the helmet for good, maintenance is basically nil except for tires and oil, and my insurance is <$100 per year so I keep it in the garage and roll it out every couple of weeks for a spin of about 125 miles just to blow the cobwebs off the bike and my brain.

Hi guys,
I'm new to this forum.
I've put a down cash paiement on a 22 mt-10 at the beginning of March. The dealer called me back yesterday to tell me that yamaha rep has just confirmed that I have one for me. I will have the final date of delivery of the dealer in less than 2 weeks.
The thing I have learn recently is to always put a down cash paiement to dealer that only sells 1 brand. Dealer that sold multi-brands doesnt have the priority when stock is low.

New here, too! I just gave a multi line dealer in Grand Rapids, MI a deposit for the standard version. There seems to be good availability for the Tuono V4’s, but the scarcity of dealers is a put off. Anxious to hear that cross plane engine sing!

I saw a post on my facebook feed yesterday by Yamaha UK that the new MT-10's were supposed to be arriving in showrooms now. Why they're getting them first is beyond me.

Well, my son just called and told me that he was able to put a deposit on the 2022 MT-10 for me today at a shop I grew up around and only 150 miles away. The dealer told him they will be there sometime in June. They are only getting 2 of them in and my son scored me the black one thank goodness. He was trying to get me the SP but wasn't able to. And for the money at this stage of my life, I'd prefer the base model anyway. I end up customizing the heck out of them anyway. While I was typing this, the dealer called and told me that he would keep me up to date on when the bike will be in which I will pass on here. This is California, so YMMV.
