I am not sure if it only me or others are also having problem in viewing pictures in the threads/posts. Pictures uploaded are shown as "broken page" icon... (tried it on different PCs).

I have had an issue before, it even caused me to remove a post in the F/S section cause I thought it didn't have photos. But seems to work itself out. Right now, everything seems to be working ok and I'm not having any issues seeing photos.
If it persists, let us know and we'll take a look into it.
Browser add ons, especially ones that block javascript or ads can sometimes mistakenly block photos.
