So I have a 19 model and the tcs won’t turn on, just stays off and the light stays on, does anyone have any ideas and where to start?

I believe you have to hold the TCS toggle up for five seconds to activate the TCS. It sounds like you have it turned off. I don’t have my owners manual on me but pretty sure that is it.

I just checked the manual myself cause I was curious since I didn't know how to do this. Manual basically says that with a stopped bike, push the switch UP for two seconds to turn the system OFF. Push the switch DOWN for two seconds to turn the system ON. If it's not that, could be the wheel sensor is out of alignment on the wheel. If you did a recent tire change, make sure the wheel was installed correctly since the sensor ring is only on one side of the wheel, if the wheel is put on backward, the TCS and ABS system will fault. This may not be the case though, or else your ABS light would remain on as well.

Read about not long ago but age has hurt the hard drive a bit.
