I love my MT but I would go Z H2 if I had to chose today. Better electronics package, supercharged, massive torque and very refined.
I prefer the looks of the MT10 though.

My old riding buddy bought himself the Z H2 in March but then put his back out and has been basically unable to ride since. He had a full Ti Akrapovic system fited from new, and that thing is seriously loud and not pleasant, in the usual IL4 way. I carried him to a dealer 3 hours away and then we rode home together, I expected a swift ride but the Z-H2 run in max is 4k rpm or 90 km/hr for the first 600km... Very pretty bike and nicely finished.

Yeah I personally love the Yamaha crossplane engine and sound. The Yamaha also slightly edges it out in the looks department and its cheaper.
The Kawasaki looks amazing, supercharged, premium electronics and better fit and finish. Being Japanese sport bikes both of these will be extremely reliable. Decisions decisions๐

Depends on what you want.
If you want something more straight line performance oriented that isnt really much of a tourer then the ZH2 is the choice.
If you want something more nimble that can tour, commute, and do track days the MT-10 is the way to go.
For me the ZH2 while powerful, is a heavy pig.

I don't want a boosted bike. I've had a few turbo cars and the added complexity it would add in that small of a package makes me not want to mess with it. It'll be interested to see how they have held up in 10 years.
