Hello Members- I am again stuck with MT-10 displaying Coolant and Air temperature in ⁰F. (When i say again, means i have same display on my R1M 2015 model - ⁰F). For metric world this is unusual. There is no way i can change it to ⁰C thru any settings. Other models from Japan, New-Zealand, Australia shows ⁰C. When i went to dealer/Yamaha workshop (second time) they were clueless and of no help. Anyone knows how to change Coolant and Air temperature display to ⁰C? (Without doing self calculations of conversions) ECU Setting? Change the display? Whatever it takes....

Hi sdshawn- To change display between Coolant temperature and Air temperature, Keep "SELECT" Switch on clutch bar pushed for 2 seconds and display will change to either temperature (as shown below) . What is your display, ⁰F or ⁰C?

I tried that out today worked great is there any other tricks like that I should know about? I just figured that's how it is really did not think much more about it. My fz09 had it and I used all the time here in socal it gets really hot here.
Now as far as changing the Celsius to feirenhiet what model did you buy US or elsewhere? Theirs gotta be a way to change that I would think like mph to kph .

I found a video on YouTube on the fz09 it might be the same changing kph to mph I have not tried it yet but the guy said. Turn key on make sure your in odo then turn key off Then turn key on while holding select button for 3 sec it changed it Not sure if it does the temp but give that a try. Again it's a YouTube for a 09 kph to mph.

I used that to change the shift indicator light and the brightness of the screen, dont remember seeing C or F, or commie units vs mph. Could be wrong though, might be worth a try.

Hi evitzee- User and Service manual both does not mention how to change Coolant and Air temperature display to ⁰C from ⁰F... Thanks- I know that if you push "Clock" and "Reset" buttons simultaneously it will change indicators from 'miles' to 'kms' and vice versa (page 1-15 of the April 2016 US service manual). I naively assumed this would change the temp indicators (F and C) as well, but I've never tried it to see if that happens. Would be odd if you could change to kilometer readouts but the temp was still stuck on F, but who knows what is programmed into the system.

push and hold clock and reset with the key off. While still holding them turn the key on and keep holding the buttons and the settings will be able to be changed. This how you also change your shift light point and brightness and other things.
