If I need to change air filter, When i disassembled the cylinder ,I need to clean up all the gasoline in the cylinder? Huh??? That question makes no sense! To replace air cleaner you remove the gas tank and take off air box lid and replace filter and reinstall lid and gas tank. I don’t understand your question about the cylinder!

If I need to change air filter, I need to clean up all the gasoline in the cylinder? Not sure what you're referring to here. To replace the air filter you lift the gas tank and take out all the screws holding the top of the airbox on then change the filter.

Because I need to disassemble the fuel tank to easily replace the air filter, the problem is that when I pick up the fuel tank, if there is still gasoline in the fuel tank, if I unplug the fuel tank connections, will gasoline flow out?

I asked this very same question on Facebook, because the manual certainly says you have to drain the tank. I was assured that this is not the case and very little will drip out of the hose ends when you disconnect them. Obviously the less fuel you have the lighter the tank will be to lift off.

Ok that makes sense. No you do not need to drain it but it will make it easier to take the tank off if you do as it'll be lighter. Fuel will not flow out from the pump when you take the line off but it might flow out of the two overflow hoses farther up so be careful I asked this very same question on Facebook, because the manual certainly says you have to drain the tank. I was assured that this is not the case and very little will drip out of the hose ends when you disconnect them. Obviously the less fuel you have the lighter the tank will be to lift off. This. You don't have to drain it, it won't leak from the fuel pump but might leak from the overflows

You do not have to drain the tank completely but a full tank could leak out of the overflow when you go ahead to lift it. I would only do under the gas tank maintenance on a near empty tank. Just makes it easier to lift. You will have some risidual fuel leak from the hoses but nothing crazy that you can't quickly clean up with a rag. Otherwise, no fuel will leak from the fuel pump.
