It has been over a year since I reached out to ft-ecu due to their blipper not working with Canadian ECU bikes. Each time I called them they promised to call me back within a week with a resolution to the problem. In the end it was 2wheeldynoworks that told me it was in issue that effected Canadian ECU's.
My most recent contact with them has been on their forum:
I was ignored once I posted that I had the Canadian ECU problem.
