Well it was 40F this morning and 70F this afternoon so I took the bike to work. First ride since the ECU flash, AIS block-offs and Seat Concepts install. The ECU flash - WOW what a difference. So much smoother and the low end feels stout. No more dip around 5k. No more decel popping once you get under 4k thanks to the AIS block offs. The on/off throttle is WAY smoother. Still a decent amount of on/off switchyness but it's not dangerous like it was pre-flash. The Seat Concepts seat was a very worthwhile investment. It's so much more comfortable and the slope towards the tank is gone so there's no more nut crushing every time you decel or hit the brakes and my thigs don't hurt from clamping the tank to keep from sliding anymore thanks to the gripper seat cover. Also the TC works AMAZING. Had my slick fresh rear from the flat I got back in November. Couple that with the cool damp roads this morning and the rear kicked out crossing the double yellow when I pulled out of my driveway and barely even on the throttle I knew it would be a little slick). I had TC on 3 and Mode set to 3. The TC kicked in and straightened the bike out before I could finish saying "oh shit" The ride home was dry and warm so I made sure to scrub the tire as much as possible on my 18 mile commute home. I haven't installed the MRA windscreen yet. I'm not a fan of how it goes over the front plastics. It looks kinda funny. It also seems that it might be bowed a little too much and will actually hit the fairings near the stock screen so I don't want to fuck up the fresh wrap. I also have my K-Tech rear spring to install once I get the front springs from a member here.

Let me know how we can get together.
I also did the Seat Concepts and I am in complete agreement with your review.

I also did the Seat Concepts and I am in complete agreement with your review. I'm down in Swansea. I'm sure we can find a place to meet.
